I had a very bad experience with Emobeni Nissan (Prestige Motor Group) in Mobeni, and I want to warn other customers.
My car developed a serious electrical fault shortly after a routine service at another Nissan dealership. Nissan Roadside Assistance towed it to Emobeni Nissan, and things got worse from there.
They refused to honour my valid warranty, using excuses that did not make sense. They claimed there was “prior work” and tried to blame the electrical fault on unrelated cosmetic bumper scratches.
Their staff caused additional damage by stripping the steering system without my permission, and then denied responsibility.
The staff member who assisted me suddenly left the dealership within days after I complained, and management is now using this to avoid accountability.
This behaviour is unprofessional and unfair. I have reported the matter to MIOSA. I am sharing this so other customers know what to expect and can be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
