I have been robbed by Pretoria Appliance and TV

I checked other reviews before taking my Samsung front loader to this pathetic company. I gave them a benefit of doubt. I have now been robbed of R1300 plus inspection fee of R750. They returned the machine claiming to have fixed it together with some ancient looking part which they claimed to have replaced from my machine. Upon opening the machine, nothing is similar to the part which they claimed to have replaced . Machine remain not working. By the way i was referred to this crooked company by Samsung South Africa. Pathetic!!! Stay away from this crooks.
