POOR Service

they are the worst to deal with, my tv was under warranty and in for repairs, what should have been 21 working days or less, turned into a month and a half with a constant battle for communication. The supplier i went through battled for communication as well... to date i have not received my tv back. POOR POOR service, will never use them again, and have yet to see ifmy tv works.
