Worst retail experience of my life!!!!! Where is the person in charge??

In the few times that I have been in the shop browsing, I each and every time notice that the language use between the two ladies behind the till is absolutely disgusting. Bragging about being still somewhat drunk at almost 10am is not something to be proud of and everything happens while servicing client's. I have never seen more unprofessional employees than that. Where are the managers? Worst service in the retail industry.
