One of my vehicles is a mint condition Hilux Legend 35 2005 model, I keep it in original condition and with full care of Toyota Agents. For some or other reason the Antenna broke and because it is old my local Toyota dealer could not get the part from Toyota. After numerous emails and calls to Toyota Customer Care and their Manager, She and her team did not even have the decency to get back to me. Mr. Dirkie Kellerman from PTA North Toyota came to see me as a patient for the first time, started chatting to him about my predicament and left it there. After a few days without expecting anything from him I get a WhatsApp that He sourced the original supplier of the Antenna. It was delivered to me last week. It is because of People Like Mr. Kellerman and PTA North Toyota that people like me and others will keep on buying Toyotas.
