Terrible attitude
I had a really bad experience with Kelly from Pretty Baked Cookie Creations. I ordered some biscuits about 5 weeks before my daughter's birthday. Kelly told me that I could only collect at 5PM on the evening before the party, even when I inquired if I could come earlier. 5PM, on a Friday, the night before the party, is obviously very inconvenient, especially when you consider that I have a baby and the traffic is terrible at that time too. I asked Kelly if I could collect in the morning, but the time she offered was too close to the party so that wasn't an option. I rushed there as she then said she was going to leave the biscuits on the pavement or in the postbox but it wouldn't be her problem if they went missing. She then sent me a barrage of rude messages telling me she would not be making biscuits for me again (like I would consider it!). She has a terrible attitude and is super unaccommodating. I genuinely have not dealt with a service provider like her before.

Meaghan was exceptionally disrespectful to myself and my time when it came time to collect her order. She contacted me after she was already due to arrive at 5pm (which is a time she happily agreed upon and never requested a different time or said was inconvenient) asking if she could collect the next morning to which I agreed. My available time did not suit her, so she decided to come collect same day. I made her aware that I had arrangements but that I would have to wait for her, she requested me to leave the biscuits on the pavement to which I said no as they could be taken. I said I would check the postbox to see if they fit in there but they did not so I said I would wait for her to come collect. She arrived 40 minutes late, in which I waited for her to collect to ensure her order was safe amd also resulted in me being late for my own arrangements. Her attitude was that I HAVE to wait for her as the client and also told me I was very unaccomodating, even though I waited 40 minutes more for her to arrive after a time we both agreed on. She did not even thank me for waiting or apologize for arriving so late. Fortunately I have all of this information available on recorded calls as well as all the whatsapp messages.
After the ordeal, I was upfront with her in which I said I will not do any future business for her, given the way she acted and treated me. This has resulted in ongoing harassmant and cyber bullying from Meaghan on multiple platforms. Hello Peter fortunately removed her first review after it was proved by me to be defamatory, so she has now created this second post.
Regarding her accusations of a "fake" profile on other posts. A previous client of mine did leave a review on the page once made aware of the situation I was being put in - unfortunately with all the posts Meaghan was creating I was forced to be transparent about my situation with her and make my clients aware. This was explained to members of her family (who also started harassing and bullying me). They claimed they were in the process of tracing IP addresses, to which I welcomed this as they would then see that my previous clients profile did not belong to me nor was I affiliated to it. This was clearly false as she still persists in insisting it belongs to me.
Clearly she will continue to create false defamatory posts online about myself and my business regardless of how many times I have asked her to stop. All I can do is wish her well and hope that she recovers from whatever she is going through that forces her to act out this way to innocent people.
To all my wonderful, future prospective clients who may read this, I will gladly provide you with all the whatsapp messages and recorded call conversations between myself and Meaghan should you like some clarification before placing an order. As we all know, we do sadly live times amongst people who hold grudges and spread false information as a result.
My takeaway from this experience is that is speaks volumes about my cookie creations for a client to get so upset to go to these lengths for over a week, purely because I said I won't be baking for her again, it is obviously a great loss to her.
