PlatfPriceCheck’s behaviour in this matter is extremely troubling.

PriceCheck continues to recommend and link to products sold by Tech Trek (techtreksa.store) — a merchant that took payment from me, failed to deliver, and then became completely uncontactable. All contact details provided by this merchant do not work, and their listed address is a rent-a-desk facility, not a legitimate retail business.

I have previously warned PriceCheck about this merchant. I received no acknowledgement, no response, and no action.

By ignoring credible warnings from affected consumers and continuing to promote this merchant, PriceCheck is actively exposing users to financial loss. This raises serious questions about PriceCheck’s merchant vetting process, consumer protection standards, and transparency.

A comparison platform that profits from referrals has a duty to act when ***** concerns are raised. Failing to respond at all is unacceptable and undermines trust in the platform.
