Bad Products,Bad customer service

I bought a Prima Toys brand kids tablet toy, from Checkers for R300 this product stopped working within the first month. I managed to contact Prima toys during lockdown after great duress. They advised they will swop the inferior product asap. It's almost two month and all they can say via email is no stock. I've asked for a refund,voucher something so I can just get this matter resolved. I have been ignored for the longest time. Bad customer service bad products !
