Disgusted by the lack of customer care!

I am at the point of tears. The scooter we bought from Prima Care is not working and it's my son's only form of independent mobility!!! He is STUCK IN bed! The remote reception lady is useless and only says she will pass on messages, she sounds defeated. No replies to any emails. I will keep posting negative reviews on all platforms until I get a response.
