Binary options and CFDs recovery.
Jay Smith was my account manager with them.Wicked and inconsiderate people operate this firm, they convince you to invest huge capital, i invested 94000euro and i was monitoring for months noticing reasonable progress until i noticed that when i put in for withdrawals there was always an excuse . This went on for a while until i figured out there might not be hope to get my money back, i promptly went online and searched for recovery firms and i came across www.myrefunds.org and who investigated diligently and they were able to help get my capital and profits back.

PrimeCFD is a SCAM!!
Prime CFD's took over R100 000.00 from me with only one trade. Shocking!! They promised to look after my investment, but instead crushed me and my families life with a smile on their faces. Please tell everyone before it happens to them.

Complain- bad service
I think this company is out there to take people's money, i joined them late last year made a deposit of 250$, waited over a month for a manager to be allocated to me. when that happened I've already made a lost of +\-20$. I then applied for a withdrawal of which neven happened, i had another manager allocated to me who was pushing me to make more deposit into my account of which i have not done. then decided to park this to my suprise on monday received a call from the recovery department of PrimeCFDs wanting to assist me and informed me that i have lost 100$ for being non active, told his to call me later as it was not convenience for me to speak to him at that time. He then promised to call me on tuesday the 13 March 2018 at 1h00 South African time as we agreed however that did not happen. So now tried to login into my account the system says i have entered incorrect username/password. clicked on forgot password, the login credentials that were sent to me when entered gave me the same error message. So now i dont want anything to do with them, i just want my money back what ever is remaining on my account to be deposited into my bank account.

Absolutely Shocking
An absolute ridiculous experience with these people. They are very quick to take your money and then when you want to withdraw, your account manager is the only one who can help you and hes never available. Live Chat always says that they will get the account manager to call but he never does. They are quick to give you a "bonus" so that you can add more money and then when you want to withdraw, they talk about the waver you signed. What's up with that. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I put the last of my dad's pension into this, thinking that he will be able to make a steady income because that's what they promise. They say that crypto will reach new heights this year but all you see is your money dropping. Shocking! Shocking! Shocking! that these people can sleep at night knowing what they doing!!!!!

Hi I invested some money in Prime cfds?? They are on the ball to get you to start trading. Phoning every day. I made a withdrawal request on 23 January... and still have not received a cent back. Have written several email's asking for a response.... the answer we will let you know as soon as the money leave our side. I asked them how long it will take. And the answer, your email will be sent to the proper department. The company is overseas so will be mad to phone them from Za and then having to wait to be sent through to the right department. ***...
