Gynecologist visit not paid since November 2024

The worst company ever, I had a visit to the Gynecologist last year November. They said they'll cover all the cost only to find out I owe lancet money R1680 now I'm the one paying them. I wrote an email with no response so it's been a year. I'm angry they don't deliver as promised, I've been receiving calls from lancet telling me I owe them.
