I have been with them for 2 months lost my car on the 10/4/26.When I joined they said they don't mind if I don't have a tracker but likely I had One. THE claim is is process what is confusing now they are so interested about my car track activation, certificates etc which they shouldn't be worried about all that since they said It doesn't matter service of a tracker It seems like they trying to find any loop holes not to accept the claim etc patiently awaiting for their response.

do something about your claims department, they are giving your business a bad name. The level of service from the consultants are pathetic. Claims are not being resolved. Information about submitting a claim is being left out, starting to think it's being done deliberately.

https://www.primediaplus.com/ (talk radio) does not work well on android phones; audio just stops. The old app worked very well on phones. There is no way to contact them for feedback about their site; no links on their website; there are no email contacts. There is no new app to rate or comment; it is only a website. The onscreen buttons are hidden behind adverts.

Unfortunately, that reputation is being undermined by its association with Primedia, whose handling of this matter has been nothing short of appalling. I won the 947 Auto & General Golf Day Challenge, yet to this day I have not received the prize money owed to me. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have been met with silence, dismissive attitudes, and a complete lack of accountability. When I called Primedia, the representative audibly sighed before transferring me, and Thapelo—who is supposedly responsible—never answers his phone. After finally obtaining his email address and sending multiple messages, I received a response claiming my documents had not been uploaded. Had I not taken the initiative to chase this up myself, I would never have known. Since then, I have continued to follow up, but I am still left without any clarity or confirmation of when payment will be made. This level of negligence is unacceptable. It reflects poorly not only on Primedia but also on 94.7, whose brand is being damaged by such incompetence. I expect immediate resolution and a clear timeline for when the prize money will be paid into my account.
