do something about your claims department, they are giving your business a bad name. The level of service from the consultants are pathetic. Claims are not being resolved. Information about submitting a claim is being left out, starting to think it's being done deliberately.
For almost 2years i am trying to get my claim resolved. No feedback i have to follow-up and if i do my calls are not being answered. Or they give the msg to the receptionist. If the call does get answered, then i am being told i might not get my money back. When i called them and asked for advice before everything was actioned. I had to contact the contact the other party to get information on my claim, very disappointed with the level of service i am getting, it's pathetic and i am a paying client.
I am so disappointed in the service i am getting regarding my recovery claim, my calls are not being answered. I get the same automated email and answer. No results up till today.
Just last week i complained, the response i got seems automated, i got a call on the 9th Sept after i blocked my card to say *****ulent activities is taking place on my account... Went into the branch told them abt it bank personal wasn't to fazed so thought the call was legit... Right last week i received my new card, everything above board yesterday i received a call again from the bank...15min later bank called me again just to inform me I've been ****med of R9800 out of my account, went to the bank again, my account is blocked. Today again the same person called me, when I called the bank i am being told it's my responsibility to safeguard my money... Why am I banking then just for someone to ***** my money when my account is blocked... 3weeks now I am in and out of the bank on the phone etc
Every month I received a sms from supposably woolworths with an x month due on my account, i decided to download the app. Just to discover the installment amount is more than the installment on the sms. I queried the amount at the branch, just to discover i am paying the interest & not the installment... Hence my balance on my account don't change... If I didn't queried the amount i would have never finish paying up my balance. Closing this account!!
On Monday 9th i phoned the bank to block my bank card/ ect, i lost my card. Now Wednesday 11th i got a call from standard bank ***** department to say someone tried to make a payment using my account number and ID number, I haven't lost my ID number i got it with me.... How does someone try to make a payment with my details when everything is block, looks like an inside job... I need answers, they Need to investigate the person who took my call on Monday, that's how they ***** people's hard earned money.... Big up to the ***** department for being so quick.. That i appreciate

Good day I contacted Mtn customer service(email&calling) regarding my contract expiring next month. They referred met to a chat, chat not useful... No response from email or calling... Client service very bad.
I booked with Greyhound bus from durban to cape Town, the send me a sms & called to say bus has been canceled for December, submitted my claim for refund... Still waiting no response & I see on there FB page more people are waiting on a refund
