Payments are nice, and support has to do something with it too. Sorry If I took the time of support by asking things that are actually on the guides😂 But they didn't say that they just helped me with a deposit question when I asked. Later I found out there's plenty of information in the FAQ too. There are basically two options to invest like to your wallet or directly to your account adn the first is better because this way you can control your money. In the wallet it's protected so not subject to being a part of the used margin, and to transfer that to another account or copytrading you don't pay fees so better to use the wallet lol. A lot of different ntework fees btw, they have maximum comfort and allow you to invest using many different coins.

They offer all tradable markets, digital, traditional, everything. Plus the trading app they build is so convenient and easy to use, you don’t have to spend a week studying it like some other popular crypto exchanges where their platform is a world of their own. Here everything is more friendly. Good vibes overall

Withdrawal Declined without Reason
Great trading platform, with easy withdrawals for small amounts, but the minute you request larger amounts they just decline without reason. I've been waiting for a withdrawal for more than 24hrs now yet they said it will be resolved within 24hrs

My Primexbt account is hacked and I sent you several emails but still not respond. My funds are at risk but I’m not getting any response. I thought prime it’s a safe platform for our funds but no.

I hoped they finally upgraded the interface after seeing new pxtrader 2
I hoped they finally upgraded the interface after seeing new pxtrader 2.0…. NAH, turns out it’s just a new name for crypto futures account. Somehow interfaces were different and found charts for crypto futures, more convenient to perform classic TA. Pricing was better too. Instead of paying unreal spreads for less cap coins, I went with fixed commissions, reaching vip1 tier. Paid just 0,03%
