Absolutely terrible. They have hijacked a co-owned property on the instruction of one owner when there are three. They have collected monies from the property and directed funds based on this single owners instruction, stealing from the other owners. They then try and legally impose themselves on their victims and threaten and intimidate. The service is extremely poor and one sided. BEWARE

I am an owner of Brenton Hill since July 2008 to date. When I moved in we were under CSTM body corporate which was later removed in July 2015 because of mismanagement of funds and all their documents were confiscated. All was good and my levies payments were done accordingly till they were removed. Brenton Hill then appointed Primo as per their contract attached and their contract which started from December 2015. To my surprise I received their statements dated from 2011 with low brought forward amount - see attached (not knowing where were they in 2011) and claiming to date I now owe them R19k and sent me summons as attached and emails to say they want to repossess some of my house contents, as you can see my proof of payments calculating from the time their started and backward, I have always paid my levies in advance, our levies were R540 per month but I would either pay between R800 - R2000 per month which was more than our actual levies but all my payments are now backdated to months which were paid to CSTM and I am asking myself why is Primo claiming unknown amounts on behalf of CSTM i.e. from 2011 whereas they have been in existence from December 2015 and my payments have been again way above my initial levies with them. I went to Pretoria Magistrate court Pretoria 2/11/2017 since I have been advised by legal advisor to respond within 10 days to respond to their summons which I received this past Saturday 28 October 2017 to check if they can assist to reverse their decision because it Is unfair to me and they feel powerful over me especially or have the right to confiscate my stuff when I have my proofs of payment for the term they have been there and paid way over the amount claimed as per documents attached. I will appreciate your soonest response since I won't have access to my emails outside Rand Water premises. It will surely be unfair for my furniture’s to be pounded whereas I have paid and just because they have powers and have summons with no side of my story? And my proofs of payment attached.

Hello Peter :) <br> <br> It was brought to my attention in a AGM meeting that my unit's insurance has not been placed on my name. <br> <br> I have been the owner of this unit for 14 months now and the unit's insurance is still not on my name.<br> <br> I have been requesting for it to be transferred since December, I still have not been given an updated policy.<br> <br> I want this resolved!!!! We appointed Primo Negotium as our managing agents for the complex and they just didn't pay the bill of the water to the municipal. We paid all the levies due and they just failed to make the payment. Now the water account is standing on R207 000.00 with interest and that result in us unable to sell the unit.<br> <br> Why do you need someone to steal your money and bring you in this mess at the same time?<br> <br> How can the property register through the deeds office with this huge amount outstanding at city of johannesburg?????<br> <br> Not sure how this can happen.

This company has not refunded us the rental deposit of R5 600.00.The lease expired in December 2014 and inspection was done successfully as wellbas the keys handed in on time..My wife has been emailing them and they only gave us vague answers..They then promised that the money will be payed in before the end of the week of the 6th of February and still nothing happened.We followed up againg on the 10th and were promised that money will be payed in before the end of that week of the 13th..We still havent received it even 2day
