Requests to remove me from their marketing listing is being ignored. I get up to 4 calls a week from them. How do I report them?
Hello Peter :) <br> <br> It was brought to my attention in a AGM meeting that my unit's insurance has not been placed on my name. <br> <br> I have been the owner of this unit for 14 months now and the unit's insurance is still not on my name.<br> <br> I have been requesting for it to be transferred since December, I still have not been given an updated policy.<br> <br> I want this resolved!!!! Good Day, <br> <br> Mi Way submitted my claim for a smashed windshield to 24Fix @ 9 o'clock this morning. <br> <br> Firstly, I don't receive any feedback from 24fit, even after being promised feedback after numerous calls. <br> <br> Secondly, I don't understand how it can take 7 hours to find out whether you have stock at other branches or at a supplier. <br> <br> So that I could at least be ADVISED when the windshield will be received. <br> <br> Sometimes a little information makes an angry customer, a lot happier just with feedback. <br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Kerry
