Customer Careless Pringle of Scotland Irene Mall Village

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your Pringle Village Mall store. My wife recently purchased a pair of size 9 shoes for me as a gift. After trying them on, I realized that I would be more comfortable with a size 10.

When I attempted to exchange the shoes, the store manager flatly refused and referred me to head office. Upon contacting head office, I was redirected back to the same store manager, leaving me completely frustrated and without any resolution. This brand/ Store at Irene does not care about customer service, it appalls me that such people are allowed to run a store. I have not received a call from the store to date.

This back-and-forth has been utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a brand of Pringle’s reputation to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a seamless exchange process, Very pathetic.
