<p>I purchased a Groupon voucher for print express and placed my order......the very nice Mr muller informed me deal was cancelled.... Groupon denied. Then Mr Muller said I must arrange with suppliers to get my goodies and he will return my courier fee of R150. I went to fetch my goodies at the supplier and informed Mr Muller. He asked for banking details and insured I would get my refund but to this day I still have not received my refund or even an apology.</p>

Good day,<br> I bought on Groupon two vouchers (27/08/2015) for two canvases from Print Express online. I place my orders with Print express online (14/09/2015) and paid R149 delivery fee per order. With the placement of the order they stated the orders can take up to 31 working days. Later I followed up on my orders where they replied they are behind on orders and will take 51 working days before I will receive my orders (21/11/2015) but they will get to my orders by the following week. Once again I had to follow up on my orders (23/12/2015) because I haven't received any feedback or my orders, with no reply. (11/01/2015) send a mail again asking when I could expect my orders, Print express response was simply \You should ask Groupon for a refund."<br> The service is poor and unacceptable! """

I bought canvas 2 for 1 print deals through Groupon from Printexpress online. I had a problem with one of my vouchers being blocked. Eugene from printexpress opened the voucher for me and assured me that the validity date will be until the end of September 2015. I processed my order and submitted it to printexpress in due time before end September and received an order confirmation from them. This morning( 13 November ) more than a month later, I was informed that my order has been cancelled because it was submitted after the expiry date. Upon confronting Eugene I was informed that Groupon won't honour the deal because it was late and he can do nothing about it, even thought he was the one who assured me of the timeline?! He refused to assist me anymore or to give me contact details for anybody else that might be able to help or his supervisor. This is unacceptable behaviour for someone that is suppose to be the customer liason person, to outright lie and cause a paying customer to loose their money.
