Ignored after paid

Our experience with Print Store Amaze has been extremely disappointing. We placed an order for our golf day and not only did it arrive on number 99, but it was also the complete wrong order, with some of the items not even delivered (to date still not received what we paid for). The material and printing were of very poor quality, and the frame broke after just one use.

To make matters worse, after raising these issues, the company has started ignoring us instead of resolving the problem. This is unacceptable service and certainly not what we expected after being promised a professional product.

We cannot recommend them based on this experience.
