This service provider does not provide print proofs, which are crucial for identifying potential issues before printing. They failed to print a simple Pull up banner

Moreover, the process of requesting a refund is lengthy, with promised timelines of 14 working days, then extending to 21 days. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting my refund despite assurances every week that it will be processed by Friday. Still nothing!
