I think this is a ****!! Ordered a product on 22 November 2025 and still waiting. When U click the link to track your order, u get the runaround and what I suspect is a automated response and no one can give me a delivery date, just that the order is in SA.

These people are ****mers. They keep on asking you to be patient, but after 58 days in transit I have given up. Don't try to buy GLP-1 from this company, you will not receive it, use the money to go to a doctor and get something else for weight loss.

In my experience, Prismarax GLP-1 is not SAHPRA-approved as claimed. The “refund guarantee” is not honoured, and the product is not made in SA — the customer service number is foreign. I lost R1000 that I desperately needed for epilepsy medication, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same. Please be cautious.

In my experience, Prismarax GLP-1 is not SAHPRA-approved as claimed. The “refund guarantee” is not honoured, and the product is not made in SA — the customer service number is foreign. I lost R1000 that I desperately needed for epilepsy medication, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same. Please be cautious.
