STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY
NO STARS!!!! The person I called was RUDE and unwilling to assist, when I explained my situation he started attacking me over the phone!!!! STAY AWAY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pristine Clean - STAY AWAY. Highly unprofessional
My personal experience! STAY AWAY! I recently used Pristine Clean to deep clean my carpets, couch and mattress. Found Pristine Clean online and saw the reviews were great so went ahead and booked a clean. Bad experience all round. My Haus Hertex carpet is now stained orange. The apartment smelt miff a few days after and couldn’t figure out why, turns out the mops they used to wipe the floor reeked as if they hadn’t been washed in months. I reached out to Brett and told him my concern about the carpet. He sent a team out to re clean. Great. However the carpet remains stained and damaged further. When I mentioned the wood laminate underneath is also stained orange he says it’s the UV exposure and time. I understand ‘accidents’ happen however Brett will not acknowledge any fault. He has not answered a single call of mine. Brett continues to ignore my phone calls and messages. I would not recommend Pristine Clean.

Don't Use Pristine Clean - you'll regret it
Brett of Pristine Clean in Cape Town allowed his unsupervised staff to clean a mattress and sofa in my rental flat. They removed a rug from beneath a very heavy coffee table and then dragged the table all across a newly sanded and sealed floor making multiple deep scratches all over the main area. Brett eventually apologised and said he'd fix it. Unfortunately they were hollow words. He tried buffing it by hand which was completely unsatisfactyory and wanted to go to back to my flat whenever he felt like it to buff it some more, but I had guests coming so refused him any further entry to the property. I had to get the floor guys back in to re-do most of the floor and they said the scratches were so deep they could never be repaired by hand. Brett refuses to pay the extra R1800 I incurred because of his shoddy work and justifies this by saying I wouldn't allow him re-entry and by blaming the softness of the wooden floors! That's just ridiculous and indicative of his lack of accountability. Don't use Pristine Clean - you could come to regret it as I do. P.S. they left a tide mark on the mattress too, so even the work they were supposed to do was substandard. Don't use Pristine Clean!

The duo from Pristine Clean did the best they could when cleaning my chair. They were also honest and fair. When they saw that they couldn't clean my chair to their usual standard, they gave me more than a 50% discount. The only thing I wish they cold have done, is left the chair 100% dry. Great service otherwise and well mannered.
