Pristine Clean - STAY AWAY. Highly unprofessional

My personal experience! STAY AWAY!

I recently used Pristine Clean to deep clean my carpets, couch and mattress. Found Pristine Clean online and saw the reviews were great so went ahead and booked a clean.

Bad experience all round. My Haus Hertex carpet is now stained orange. The apartment smelt miff a few days after and couldn’t figure out why, turns out the mops they used to wipe the floor reeked as if they hadn’t been washed in months.

I reached out to Brett and told him my concern about the carpet. He sent a team out to re clean. Great. However the carpet remains stained and damaged further. When I mentioned the wood laminate underneath is also stained orange he says it’s the UV exposure and time.

I understand ‘accidents’ happen however Brett will not acknowledge any fault. He has not answered a single call of mine.

Brett continues to ignore my phone calls and messages.

I would not recommend Pristine Clean.
