Psira online platform is the worst
The PSIRA online booking system is extremely frustrating and unreliable. I logged in as early as 8:00 a.m. as advised, but the system still did not work. It is often slow, unresponsive, and difficult to use.
If there were alternative service providers, I would have left PSIRA long ago. Unfortunately, users have no real choice. Ironically, the only system that works accurately and consistently is the payment platform.
As long as manual fingerprinting and poor system performance continue, progress will remain limited. This process wastes time and causes unnecessary stress for applicants and service providers. One is left wondering whether PSIRA even cares about the inconvenience caused by this non-functional platform.
PSIRA urgently needs to modernise and improve its systems to better serve the security industry.
