Poor service

I have been trying to get hold of them for more than a month now. They have my email address and contact number, yet no one has done any effort to call me .

This type of service is unacceptable. I am not the only one complaining about no service from them.

It more they ignore you the the idea that you will forget and not bother them.

Their star should not even be 1, more like no star or fallen star.
