I have been trying to get hold of them for more than a month now. They have my email address and contact number, yet no one has done any effort to call me . This type of service is unacceptable. I am not the only one complaining about no service from them. It more they ignore you the the idea that you will forget and not bother them. Their star should not even be 1, more like no star or fallen star.
On 27 December I mailed the above company customer care instructing them the cancel due to them not keeping to original debit dates. A follow up mail was send on 3 January 2025, no feedback from them. This morning, 31 January this arrogant company again deducted money from my account. What must I do for them to get the message.. ( scream , shout or swear) at them. How long will it take for them to start act like a real company and not just a bunch of money hungry idiots. This is how I see them. Start act and look after your customers, we are not your meat. We help you to earn money. Perhaps I must take from your pocket that you will wake up. Wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.................. 1 STAR is to much for them. .
In December they decided to deduct their premium earlier without my consent as policy holder. My pay date have not changed , and on the D/o is is the 25th of each month. I mailed them 20 December and till todate no reply from them. Pure arrogants of them. Please people out there, be aware of companies like this that don't realy care about you, it's about your money, that's all I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. They should get even a STAR at all........
Last year in October , I went to the Vodashop at Garden Route Mall to block one of my contract numbers and the phone link to it. On 24 March this year I went back to do a sim swop and open that contract number. The guy at Vodashop did his best to help me, just to find that that contract gets block every time he opened it. He send a mail to Vodacom (26 March) to find out and they said that they could not find the problem why its doing it. They then referred it to their ***** dept which only rep**** then they were contacted again. They said they and I quote" FEEDBACK WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 7-14 DAYS" I pay my account with Vodacom every month and when I request assistance, I have to wait 7-14 days. They don't want to wait for their payment every month. And I loose R200 in air time due to this. The account cost is R380p/m. This is only one of four with them. Full bill with them is R2133.p/m The account is on my name , so it is not as if I am committing ***** at all. I have come to the realize at at Vodacom, you are just a number, does not matter how much you pay them every month. In October 2 of my contracts will be ending with them. I have no desire to extend or renew it with them at all. I have been with them for about 25years and this is how you get treated. POOR , that's all I can say..
I saw that they were selling inverters on fb. I did enquiry and they were helpful till a point. I am trying to get hold of them again, but as if they just don't want to. I made a small payment to them and wanted to follow up. Just get the feeling they are not real... please be careful of them.
I booked again at gariep inn for my return from the lowveld to george for the evening of the 2nd of July. I even made a payment . I tried to contact them in this regard. Sadly I am unsuccessful. My booking reference was.. 15953915. I even have the proof that it showed I have paid. Weeks later nothing. I need to get this sorted out.
In Feb 2020 I bought and paid for accommodation and flight tickets to Mauritius. This was before lock down was on the cards. Yes there was a lot of border closings which i do get. In Januaray 2022 I went to them to get a refund on the Air flight tickets I paid for in Feb. 2020. We tried to change destinations and they "could" only transfer the hotel, not the flight tickets. I was told that due to this, I will have to take a 25% cut on the money. When we spoke to Air Mauritius, they told us the money is still with World Leisure Holidays and that they have not been paid yet. Flight Centre made as if they paid them for our air tickets, and that is why I have to take a 25% cut on money paid . (R21000) I changed the destination to Zanzibar now as I still would like to go on holiday. Should I decide to cancel that, I have to pay again a 25% fee from what I paid..(R20962) Is this normal procedure if payments were made before lock down. It also worries me that air Mauritius referred us back to World Leisure and Flight Centre as they had nothing. To many questions and no real answers..
They are sending me sms threats that they will gand me over. Wore part is I am J Jacobs but it is for MS Tecklandburg person. I tried to call them, what poor telephone manners firstly and then cut me off. I tried to call them 8 times, no success. These people does not have a clue what they are doing. I am thinking of getting an attorney to sort them out . This is harrasment on a new level. Who are these poorly unmanned people 1 star is to much for them.
I called them as I was interested in scratch and dent cover for my car. I send them a message to contact me on their system next to the product i was interested in. Then... nothing happened. This morning I send the same message to them, hoping they would call me so that i can get more info and maybe take the product that i wanted..They just send me another mail, asking my ID number. I gave it to them and ask to be contacted. Just to get another mail from them, asking me want can they help me with.. What the ............ If this is not poor service and not worrying about business then i don't want to hear from them ever nor do i want any of their products. i will also not recommend them to any person. if their service is that bad, will they be able to deliver on the day. 1 STAR is to much for poor service.
Since my last letter to HELLO PETER, a person by the name of Neville made contact with me. He asked for info which according to me they had or irrelevant to them. Anyway, I got it and YES. nothing further is happening again. My current motor car licence is expiring tomorrow and due to their negligence I can not renew it. so what now.. who is going to pay the penalties or the fines that I may get due to them sending my personal documents to a company that closed down 2 years ago. the documents belonged to me as I was the legal owner, yet they decide to send it to a car dealer without consent.. as I stated previously, this is coming since 2013. how much longer and how much more must I as a person take before a overgrown fat cat company do things the correct way. It seems to become the norm that the so called big companies can do what they want as they want and us the consumers must just shut up and take what they give or hand out. I which that a person with authority from this company can make contact with me and not use a **** to do the job. to many chiefs and no proper Indians
