Disgruntled consumer
I’d give a zero if it would be possible. Faulty product. App would not work on my laptop, was refused a refund on the bases that their app was faulty and I hadn’t/couldn’t use the product. Despite refund policy claiming otherwise. When contacted they keep replying to read the terms. Well one of us must be blind or we truly are living in the world of descartes’ evil demon and I’m just a fool. Either way, from my perspective, this company seems to live off of there one month subscription “trials” making it unlikely for an unsuspecting consumer to get their money back. What a racket! Highly disappointed, super aggravated. In case you missed what I’ve been trying to say, would NOT recommend.

No 30 day refund as stated
Horrible service, no android smart tv support wanted to cancel services as they have a 30day refund, no response from the company. If there is, its only an automated response. Would not recommend

Private VPN poor customer service
<p>I found Private VPN advertised on several websites listed in the top 10. So my decision to sign up with them was due to the marketing. I paid by credit card immediately and signed up for a 15 month package with Private VPN. I have not received any email communications from them what so ever, I have requested help 3 times, waited 48 hours, tried to contact them through social media and I do not have any response. Is Private VPN a scam? I paid but I have no service and its 48 hours since I paid. Do not sign up with Private VPN.</p>
