Disgruntled consumer

I’d give a zero if it would be possible. Faulty product. App would not work on my laptop, was refused a refund on the bases that their app was faulty and I hadn’t/couldn’t use the product. Despite refund policy claiming otherwise. When contacted they keep replying to read the terms. Well one of us must be blind or we truly are living in the world of descartes’ evil demon and I’m just a fool. Either way, from my perspective, this company seems to live off of there one month subscription “trials” making it unlikely for an unsuspecting consumer to get their money back. What a racket! Highly disappointed, super aggravated. In case you missed what I’ve been trying to say, would NOT recommend.
