I did not feel valued as a new client...I still have not received the service I requested.

I was very excited when I called their number seeking to get a quotation and my hope was to get the task done, hassle-free. I called in July 2023 and was assigned a guy who would take my measurements. All was going well, until he got the measurements and the design I liked for the door. Then there was silence. After weeks I reached out as I had not expected a quotation to take so long. He then told me that he had lost the measurements and would come again. I highlighted the times I would be available on during the week. Then more silence... two weeks later I was sent the cost on whatsapp. The measurements had been miraculously found. I enquired about the next steps and how payment would be done. The guy promised to send me a written quotation with banking details I presume. I am still waiting for this and it's been more than a month. No communication whatsoever 😪 I'm very disappointed since the company has very good reviews, I had high expectations. My only consolation is that no monies had been paid. Oh perhaps good service is selective...? 😌
