Pro charts & Uni Capital group

Signed up for a business deal with this guys on 2 October 2020 paid a deposit of R2000 then cancelled on 6 October via email - no information/ software or hardware was received from them and they have debit my account twice with an installment of R375 even I sent them an email to inform them of the cancellation done in October and they refuse to give my deposit back
