Not very happy.
I confirmed stock before I made payment, I was told item is in stock. After payment I had to find out they do not carry stock and they are waiting for item from supplier. Eventually when item arrived it looked used (second hand). Will not use them again sorry.

We have confirmed the stock availability as requested and delivered within the timeframe stipulated on our website. Due to limited storage space, we utilize multiple locations for stock management. With all respect, how we fulfill our delivery promises is an internal matter, as long as the client's end expectations are met.
Regarding your claim that the product is second-hand, I assure you it is not. The photos you sent show minor scratches, which are the result of being on the shelves for months. Sometimes, we receive boxes with similar marks directly from the manufacturer, Redding.
