As a Discovery Client, I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to make an appointment through Discovery to renew my passport. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response to my emails @ (DB_DHA_appointment@discovery.bank), was unable to get assistance telephonically, and was also told this cannot be done in person. This lack of communication and support has been frustrating and has left me stuck with no clear way forward. And on the Online Home Affairs website, every bank you can think of is available to select except Discovery. For a service that should be convenient and efficient, this experience has fallen far short of expectations.
I confirmed stock before I made payment, I was told item is in stock. After payment I had to find out they do not carry stock and they are waiting for item from supplier. Eventually when item arrived it looked used (second hand). Will not use them again sorry.
Received and SMS and e-mail that delivery will take place on 06 Feb. Had someone stay at home the whole day. Was notified at 18:23 that they can not find my address. What a lame excuse. I rate them 2 stars because their communication in updating you is very good.

My broker convinced me to move my banking to Discovery. What a huge mistake. It took them almost 3 months to sort an internal debit order out for my RA fund. Now I can not do internal transfers between accounts. on internet banking. Was on the phone with them trying to sort it out, zero feedback up to date. What do I do? Move back to my previous bank? Oh, I rated you only 1 star because you can not select zero stars!

I thought our local armed response company was bad, then National Security took them over and oh boy, its even worse now. Phone control room and press 1 for emergency then you hold on for 10 minutes. Trying to cancel for how long now, can not get hold of anybody that can assist. Pathetic service to say the least!!

Had my 3 Roboguards for almost 7 years now and they work without a glitch. Only changed batteries in on so far. Recently ordered a 4th one. Thank you I'm very happy with the system.
