Unboxed SA is ***** and a ****
Never buy anything from them , they a **** they sell broken things which they never repaired.i spent R10 000 and I got a non working items

Zero service or the support that I was promised when I purchased my phone.
I puchased a second hand phone from Unboxxed January 2025. The battery only charged to 80%, called them to report, and was advised that I can return the phone for repairs, or bring it in for repairs and wait while they fix it - which was my preference as I don't have a back-up phone. On a recent trip to Joburg I reached out to find out where I must take the phone, with zero response from anyone. Phone numbers provided remained unanswered, as well as numerous emails. The previous whatsapp service number I corresponded on was also not functional anymore. It's now a month later and still no response to any of my emails. How disappointing.

Samsung Note10plus
Bought a Galaxy Note10plus about August last year....it was always my dream phone...finally bought it and I was very happy...sadly after about a month the S-pen stopped working in terms of air actions which I was very saddened by...decided to keep the phone because I like it but it feels empty without the spen perks...but I still would give Unboxxed a 9/10 and always refer people to it whenever they say they want to buy a new phone

S21 Ultra Purchase
I have been thoroughly impressed by Unboxxed from before I purchased my device on the 25th of February. I messaged in to enquire about a Note 20 Ultra they had in store - they called me immediately letting me know that they were not happy with the quality of the product and took it off the website. I then went for a s21 Ultra and wow - It was labeled as good condition but the phone arrived looking brand spanking new. I ordered my device the Tuesday, I was notified every step of the way and it arrived in Cape Town and delivered the Wednesday all the way from Pretoria. My entire office was thoroughly impressed and since then have seen how many times they are browsing away on the unboxxed website. I will Definitely recommend this company any day of the year.

Amazing customer service and a brilliant product. Everyone i dealt with at Unboxxed has been so helpful, and the product arrived quickly, in perfect condition and I love that I also get a one year warranty. Saving money, saving the planet and saving my sanity while trying to shop for a suitable device for my teen. Can highly recommend Unboxxed.
