Proquick motors scam- Selling cars without title

I bought a car from them during Aug 2022 through ABSA, they failed to do NATIS and to provide car registration papers. I later discovered they did not pay the seller and the seller is withholding the papers. The car disk is expired with no way to renew and the permit has expired. I am unable to use the car while I am still paying for the car. This quys are scam, the salesman Corne does not pick up calls and I just discovered the dealership is closing permanently. The bank has already paid them and the owner of the dealership is claiming bankruptcy. Do not do any business with this dealership, they are scammers with no morals.
