Bad customer service, ****** management team and refusing to refund our money back
I lack words to describe how bad Prosales services are and the level of ******s their management team has. (Very bad and customer service and very ******), they took longer to secure my order (its has been 6 Months now) and they could not fulfill it, We then asked for a refund and till today they refused to refund the money back. I have engaged with the management team and denied to pay our money back. I regret trusting Pro Sales Broadcasting as a professional Film Gear Store instead we were being ****med. We have records of phone calls and emails, driving to the store twice, hoping that they will refund us and nothing good happened. Our money hasn't been paid till this very day. My colleagues in the film space warned us about Pro Sales Broadcasting. Their management is very ******, I personal experienced that when I initiated the refund process. I have records (emails and recorded phone calls).

Keep up the amazing work
I don't often write reviews. Maybe I'm spoiled into that I assume a business should offer great service to a customer as default. Yet even by my high standards I was really surprised by the personalised service (they gave me great unsolicited advice that saved me a lot of money), amazing turnaround times and - very important in a competitive market - the best prices for the camera.

Keep up the amazing work
I don't often write reviews. Maybe I'm spoiled into that I assume a business should offer great service to a customer as default. Yet even by my high standards I was really surprised by the personalised service (they gave me great unsolicited advice that saved me a lot of money), amazing turnaround times and - very important in a competitive market - the best prices for the camera.

One of the better places for broadcast equipment.
Arne and his team are great. I just needed some inexpensive equipment for a small home studio and received excellent advice and service.

Very poor service, delayed delivery and price increases after order made.
Total time wasting exercise with this company. - requested quotes from Sam. - quotes had limited information - for example, "vocal mic" or "camera jib" no model number, just generic statements. - Requested new quotes and many corrections made to many quotes - more time wasted. - Made formal order on 20th October 2020 with agreed delivery date of 30 Nov 2020 - Several requests sent regarding this order and still no delivery. - Now months later, ProSales says they need to increase the price and also there will be delays! Regret dealing with this company. Could have had my stock from countless other local suppliers. In Summary: order made on 20 October 2020, now 14 January they say i must pay more and wait longer. - I cancelled the order and don't recommend this company.

BEWARE of this online store.
I don’t know this store, but I made an online purchase of over R2000 based their google reviews and seem to have thrown my money away. A week later and still no confirmation that my order is being processed, despite my many unanswered emails, completed website contact-forms and calls with empty callback promises. The only proof I have of the transaction is an email from the payment service informing me that my money is gone. I will keep trying until I either get the product, or a refund. Quite a disappointment when you try spoil yourself.

Shocking service from Prosales Broadcast
Why will Hello Peter not allow us to give a zero star rating? Completely unacceptable service from Prosales Broadcast https://prosales.co.za We placed our order and made payment on 6 November. Over 2 weeks we chased up as to when we would get delivery. Most of our messages went unanswered until we called on 19 November. The goods were delivered all except for 2 items, one that was on backorder (understandable) and no explanation whatsoever for the other item not being delivered. Since then the sales rep Raymond has continued to ignore most of our calls and messages and now 39 days later, our goods are still not delivered and we continue to get no explanation with regards to the delay. Even today our messages are ignored and not responded to. Never again! Completely disgusting and unacceptable service!
