Provisions Textbooks and Stationery shocking service
Terrible customer service and late delivery of textbooks for school. They do not answer their phones. Textbooks were ordered on 2 January. Still no books , even though they have confirmed the one textbook has been sitting in their warehouse. The most frustrating thing, however is that one cannot get to speak to any of their employees. 1 star rating is being far too generous! I dealt with a very rude individual named Raeesa... Perhaps a Customer Service course would be beneficial?

5 star online book store
I placed an order on Saturday 3rd Jan and received Thursday the 7th. Was updated the whole way through within those few days. Exceptional. Competitive prices too. Will definitely buy again. Thank you Pro Visions.
