Provisions Textbooks and Stationery shocking service
Terrible customer service and late delivery of textbooks for school. They do not answer their phones. Textbooks were ordered on 2 January. Still no books , even though they have confirmed the one textbook has been sitting in their warehouse. The most frustrating thing, however is that one cannot get to speak to any of their employees. 1 star rating is being far too generous! I dealt with a very rude individual named Raeesa... Perhaps a Customer Service course would be beneficial?

Shocking service & possible ****
I ordered Grasshopper school shoes on the 20th December 2023. It is the 5th January 2024 and I have still not received the shoes. There is no contact number for Bolton shoes and they do not respond to emails. Is this website legit? I am concerned that I have been had. Please do not use Bolton shoes.
