PRO-X Pool - their uselessness is EPIC

<div>I don't even know where to begin. We purhcased a DIY swimming pool kit from Pro-X Pool, and they had such on the ball attitude when quoting, replying to queries etc, and when we paid we reveived the pool shell. Now that the pool has been installed we found numerous problems on the pool shell that has a 10 year guarantee, but to get hold of them is IMPOSSIBLE! I have even now been blocked from their Facebook page. Marcel just ignores all emails and calls. It has got to be THE WORST AFRTER SALE SERVICES IN THE WHOLE OF SOUTH AFRICA&nbsp;</div>
