I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with ProCor Auto. Ashwin made the process difficult by not communicating when he would be off and giving one word responses when urgently wanting to purchase a car making the entire buying experience frustrating and unsatisfactory.
When processing the purchase through my bank, we discovered that The VIN number and engine number did not match. Had we not done it through the bank we would not have known. This not only raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the details but also highlighted a lack of attention to crucial information.
Furthermore, attempts to address these issues with the salesperson were met with indifference and a lack of urgency. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when making a significant investment in a vehicle.
Needless to say that we canceled our purchased and pursued alternative options.
