Faulty Goods

Fridge doesn't work. Was purchased on 25 November 2025 but as it was a Christmas gift was only discovered in December 2025 that it did not work. Company hiding behind the 7 days return policy. I must now run around and get the item repaired by the manufacturer. Not even an apology received.
