Terrible Service Poor Delivery
I am always extremely hesitant of rating a company negatively online, as the review is permanent and lack of performance or a 1 sided view of the issue/performance may not be. However, I have no quarrel lambasting a company that is doing a disservice to their customers. Students, graduates, job seekers are often among the most financially vulnerable and in desperate need of help perfecting the medium that assists them in earning a living, their CV. I approached Carel Botha from CV Zone https://profcvzone.co.za to update my CV as this document is now being shared with my clients executive teams and forming part of new business proposals. I was excited at the prospect of having a professionally drafted CV that I could feel confident in sharing. What I received was: • Significant delays with no communication • A first draft that was an exact copy & paste of my CV, not even spell checked or proof read. • An identical second draft with a very mediocre cover letter that was not requested or paid for. • After complaining about the fact that I needed to redo my own CVs content because the first round of feedback was ignored. I was confronted by a hostile Carel Botha blaming me for not sending him the changes I wanted made, which I did. To add insult to injury their services are not cheap. I ended up paying R1295 for Carel to Paste my CV into a new template verbatim. Please do not use this service, there are companies and individuals who are skilled and passionate about their work who will assist you.

BAD Service
Very bad service do not answer question, and do not assist you properly. All mails did not indicate that they will be closed the last week in December but answered all my mails when I was just enquiring. Only when I asked for my completed CV after payment they inform me they are closed. All info on website look wonderful get answers and mails back immediately when you first mail them, but as soon as you pay and expecting them to do the service you do not get any feedback, they sent you final CV even if you still had questions. After sending changes still no feedback.

BAD Service
Very bad service do not answer question, and do not assist you properly. Extremelyt Poor Service
Paid R1495 for a updated CV and LinkedIn profile update and said it would take 14 days, almost 3 months now and I'm still waiting for my CV and Profile update, wouldn't recommend them for anyone

Not to be trusted. I requested them to update my CV and they promised a draft within three days after payment. A week later and I am still waiting. I queried why they wanted the money upfront and foolish me believed them. Now they don't respond to emails.

Executive con artists!
I found an online adverti*****t marketing professional CV services. After paying R1000 for their executive package I sent my CV in for redesign. Essentially all they did was transfer my existing CV to their template and that was it. I sent two mails indicating my unhappiness with the service provided with no response. I then called and was told that they would investigate and again, nothing. These guys are con artists and a rip off. They cite a number or business logos as references and look professional with diffeent templates offered but are anything but and give you one choice, theirs Save your money and use someone else. These people are utterly SELESS!
