This is the second time I purchase an item via their online store albeit a few years apart. I had hoped they would have improved by now. Alas no such luck. Seems they have no link between dispatch and updating of information on the tracking page. So my goods always remain pending. Running enough my previous order still remains “in progress”. My advice, do not shop online for Cape Union Mart. Instead go I store and take your goods immediately

The list of issues is long but be aware of poor workmanship, overcharging for items by as much as 200% eg. quoted for a corporate plug @R3k they installed a ordinary multiple bought at Builders for R599, we ended up having to remove builders rubble ourselves..... I could go on and on. Don't be fooled by the technical know how and building talk. When it comes to the actual work, skills are left wanting and quality of work will leave you out of pocket. Do not allow them to pressurise you by putting you on a guilt trip of not wanting to pay them. Instead insist they correct the issue before making any payment. And closely, very closely supervise the work they do. When they say the persons doing the work are experienced or qualified ask for recent referees and documentation.</div>
Have had a terrible experience when ordering things. Seems all the sales persons have a strategy. Firstly they will tell you they have limited stock and put you under pressure to purchase whatever you want. Second they will say they have stock at another branch and will get it for you. Then it was damaged and they need to get it elsewhere. End result is you cannot plan any of your building work because the store personnel just do not get back to you to advise you of progress or timelines. I would instead work with a supplier who is honest and upfront with the products they are selling. Italtile sales staff are not and I would be careful when dealing with them.
I am totally appalled at the shocking attitude, complete absence of any system and inefficiencies prevalent at Vincent Pallotti hospital. Firstly, we were greeted quite rudely and only after we conversed for a while did the admisssions clerks attitude change. I understand the triage system fairy well but believe me they have no such system working. After 3 hours of waiting we asked for an idea of when we would be assîtes and were told another hour. We chose to go to another hospital. Staff behaviour leaves much to be desired. Where has the professionalism gone. I am definitely not encouraged by private health care service in SA. Somewhere something is wrong and you have to ask whether the high costs is warranted.
Appalled at the complete absence of any customer service. The matter is exacerbated by the outdated contact info on there website and non-response to all emails. Getting hold of somebody to resolve an issue or just respond is non-existent. Am waiting for a parcel since 22 Dec 2022. I will most definitely never use fastway for any courier related services and would advise any business or individual not to use them.
I am appalled at the customer service from this company. Absolutely no response to multiple emails sent to both them and the courier service and I remain a couple of thousand rand out of pocket without my purchase being delivered. Do not trust them and the couriers they use. In this instance Fastway Couriers.
Recently had my vehicle transported from Cape Town to Pretoria and Open Road Carriers was excellent. Communication with Matthew was efficient and quick, always responding to any queries. Staff member who delivered my car was professional and careful. Not the cheapest but worth the peace of mind.
Worst ever technical support service received from an alarm company. Be warned, the ADT technical support is bad once you have installed an alarm from them. Firstly the technicians do not appear to be fully knowledgeable and do all kinds of things to remedy a solution without any thought of impact on your place or if it works. I have had them out three times now and the call out fee is very important. Do not give permission for it to be be paid via the debit order. My alarm is still not owing properly. Oh and the !@#$$%^ app they have is useless. You basically paying for something that does not work properly. Be warned and don't let the technicians bull**** you.
Be careful. I paid for my order a month ago and had to make numerous enquiries before I got some of my wood. They called last night at 6:35pm enquiring if they could deliver the rest of my wood. Which we were forced to decline because we were not home. I doubt we will ever get the rest of our wood. Also not to sure about the quality of the wood. Be warned.
Would not recommend the company at all. We opted for Monarch because of the glowing reviews. Sadly tho our experience has been the direct opposite from what the reviews. We had to move some of our goods to Cape Town from Pretoria and booked Monarch. They have a very efficient system to collect your money and will send you emails and messages to remind you. However when it comes to your goods being collected and delivered. Do not expect contact. In all instances we had to first find out if they collected. Then only once we enquired about delivery did they advise they would not deliver on the first arranged date because of a problem with the truck!!!! First red flag went up. Then we had to call again to confirm the second delivery date and again this was not met and now we wait for them to confirm the next date of delivery. In the meantime we getting anxious as all our plans have been derailed because of the poor service received from Monarch. Be very careful when you contract Monarch to move your goods. Don’t expect delivery on the scheduled date and don’t expect them to keep you informed of anything.
