I purchased a pair of sandals for my mother as a birthday gift last week. The sandals were tied together with a string that had some tags attached to so I couldn't notice any incompetencies. I also didn't fit the shoes in store because I was purchasing them for someone else so I couldn't see anything wrong with them. My mom's birthday is tomorrow and I was in the process of packing the shoes into a gift bag only to notice that the one shoe is without a buckle. HOW? WHO PACKAGED THIS SHOE? WHO PUT THIS SHOE ON DISPLAY? WHY WAS IT NOT CHECKED BEFORE PURCHASING? CASHIER PEOPLE JUST RING THINGS UP AND DONT EVEN CHECK FOR IRREGULARITIES. WHO DOES THAT? DISGUSTED by the lack of care of this store and its employees. Not only do their staff have disgusting attitudes but this is the nonsense they allow us to leave the store with. I am annoyed I am appalled I am disgusted YOU DID THIS ON PURPOSE! Do better! This is NOT on and I will NOT tolerate this nonsense!
Metrobus doesn't give a damn about their passengers, the very passengers who spend their hard earned money on buying tags and supporting them. It's nonsense how they change timetables and drivers but those buses don't even pitch, so people are left stranded and are left with their days ruined. It's pathetic and disgusting to depend on such an inconsiderate company. Nobody within the company even knows what's going on. The people at the information center are just as clueless as these dispathchers, who get paid ao much money to sit at Gandhi Square and do nothing. This company is pathetic and useless. I am so gatvol of their incompetence and then they have the audacity to increase their proces every year. If you have to take public transportation, use another alternative but don't make metrobus an option, you are just wasting your time and your energy.
On the 9th of November 2017, my mother purchased a concrete washtrough from BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE. A delivery arrangement was then made for Saturday 18 November 2017, one which was not adhered to by the business in question. When called to ask why they had not delivered on the arranged day, they said that they don't deliver on Saturdays, despite saying that they do and despite making an arrangement with my mother. Given the fact that mistakes are likely to happen, my mother granted the business a second chance to deliver and a new delivery date was arranged by my mother and BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE - Tuesday, 21 November 2017 at 16:30. After leaving work early so that she could be present at the time of delivery, my mother was left disappointed when it was now 16:45 and BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE had neither delivered the product nor explained why they were late. My mother then called them and the person on the phone said that they would come on Wednesday because they forgot that it was a Tuesday and a delivery needed to be made. After going back and forth with threats of coming to collect her money, my mother gave them yet another chance, as they promised to deliver within a few minutes. My mother had errands to run and after waiting for 15 minutes with no arrival of the product, she left and left me to sign for the product when it arrived. BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE arrived 30 minutes later, with no apology for the inconvenience caused, instead the three workers that had come were complaining about how heavy the product was and how they couldn't put it where my mother had requested for it to be placed. Due to high levels of irritation, from a combination of bad service and purely a lack of manners from this business and their staff, I signed for the product and they left. This morning when my mother went to go and check the product, something she was unable to do yesterday due to arriving late from her errands, she realised that BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE delivered a damaged product. She recalls being presented with this very damaged product in store when wanting to purchase a concrete washingtrough, and had strictly said that she doesnt want that damaged one, a request that the people at BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE ensured would be adhered to. I am beyond disappointed, I am utterly disgusted at the way that this business treats its customers. A customer should never have to go through so much trouble for a product that they have paid for, to be delivered. A customer doesn't deserve the disrespect of a damaged product being delivered to them when that is not what they paid for. The fact that the staff is unprofessional and don't have a single ounce of manners in their body is exactly why this business deserves to be shut down. I am baffled how a big business FORGETS to deliver - that level of disorganisation is uncceptable. It is evident that BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE were delaying the delivery process because they knew that they had sold the product that my mother paid for to somebody else. I, for one will NEVER associate myself with BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE and possibly with any BUILDERS EXPRESS altogether and I will urge my family and friends to do the same. BUILDERS EXPRESS SOUTHGATE takes advantage of customers and their hard earned money. I am probably not the first to have a complaint of this nature and should this business not be held accountable for their actions, I certainly won't be the last. By: Seipati Mosete
<p>I would just like to express my disappointment in a respectable fashion brand in South Africa, Black Coffee/Love Jozi. I have been working for them for a month now and upon my first day there, the boss told me that the pay is commission based. She said its R150 daily rate and get 65% commission on every sale I made. I worked for four days during the month of May which equates to R600. I sold an item of R350 and one for R1600 so my total pay was supposed to be R1282,50 which isn't much but its what I worked for. Firstly, I had to remind her to pay me at the end of month which seemed dodge but I let it slide and when she eventually paid me, she only gave me the R600 and not the remainder from the sales I made. I told her about this and asked for clarity to which she read but ignored my message. I gave her a day to respond to which she didn't respond. I texted her once again this morning, even going as far as sending her a picture of the calculations for my due pay and again she read my message and didn't reply. I am fed up and don't deserve this level of treatment. This is my first job and to receive this kind of experience is honestly disheartening. I may just be a student who doesn't hv much experience in the retail world but I am not a push over neither will I tolerate such treatment from ANYBODY!!! How such a reputable brand can treat one of their own in this manner is honestly beyond me and quite frankly disgusting. All that glitters is NOT gold and BLACK COFFEE the clothing brand serves as evidence. There is no consideration for my feelings whatsoever. So BLACK COFFEE/LOVE JOZI brand, do the right thing and quit running away from your responsibility. Even if what you owed me was R2, it belongs to ME. I worked for it. So do the right thing. Professionalism is EVERYTHING, next time taking advantage of anybody like this even crosses your mind, think about that. I was only with you for a month and perhaps this is how you operate and that's good for you but on MY TIME and ENERGY. This WILL NOT be tolerated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
