Lets start with the OWNER calling us insane for calling out their incompetence - Poor workmanship, terrible communication and excuses for days. Sonja over-promises and underdelivers. You have to manage the on-site team and constantly ask what is being done. We have had 2 incidents where the owner and her team lies - They will set appointments and arrive hours late then insist that you are lying. They believe they can do everything and end up making matters worse then are full of excuses. Unprofessional and really just a google DIY approach. DO NOT TRUST THEM

However, you later sent 2 gentlemen to my home who were apparently meant to "activate" my device. They did not communicate with me -in fact they were more interested in playing videos and texting on their phones the entire time. They left without the cpe working and told me it will work in 10 min. Since then, and 10 phonecalls later and a logged call - my cpe is still not working. I am paying for my internet contract but cannot use my service because of the incompetence and poor communication from the installation team. The installation team was asked by the support team to return my calls. my ticket number is 8013 and the call was logged on 12 May at 8am.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you just sort out my line </p>
<p>Rather book your own delivery truck. I have been waiting since 3pm for my stuff. It's now after 6 pm. I've made 3 calls, each time told to just wait. I ask for the delivery people to call as well. No communication. Incredibly frustrating. </p>
