Hi I brought parts worth R5000 on the 25/06/24 only to find that one of the part is faulty (baring) and when we returned this morning on the 27/06/24 they refused to take replace it, interesting thing is that they asked me why didn't we send a picture that the part is faulty but when they issued the part they didn't open the box for us to see that everything in the box is in good condition I want my part or refund so I can carry to fix my car which is standing without baring to complete planned repairs
So I took the R595 package with Rain on the 19th February 2024. End of March they started debiting R75 more on my account. Today i call to check why is that as now its the 3rd month i'm paying the R75 more. The consultant starts telling me that they have increased their packages and they sent me an sms to notify me of the increase and i tell her that i have never received any communication on my phone or via email hence i'm calling to find out why are they debiting R670 instead of R595. Then she changes her statement by saying i have leveled up on the x2 sim cards that i got when i signed up. I hardly use those sim cards and also i don't even know how to level up so how could that have happed because i have never leveled up on anything, even when i check my profile it doesn't show that there's any level up. Please look into this as i cannot be paying for something that i did not activate !!!
I complained about rain 3 times already about the same issue, this is my 4th attempt.. No phone call or any explanation to my concerns, i just get a reply saying they're "On top of it" i was double debited on the 1st Nov. No explanation whatsoever. I guess they don't need my support as a customer , this is it i need someone to call me and cancel my subscription with immediate effect !!!! Your wifi network connection sucks and your customer services sucks !!!
I have been complaining about Rain suspending my connection without any explanation. Instead I get an SMS saying my account is in arrears and i need to make a payment which puzzles me because the debit my account monthly. Today the double debit me without any consent !! I'm gonna reverse the 2 debit orders and cancel my subscription. Worse their connection is very poor!! What happens now to my other debit orders when you double debit my account.. I'm so mad right now with such poor service. The only changes i made was to change my debit order date from the 25th to the 01st now i get this nonsense!!!
Rain reconnected my subscription after my first complaint last week Friday without any explanation why it was disconnected in the first place, today i received the same message that i need to make a payment of R265 now and my next debit order is on the 1st November. Why should i make a payment when you debit my all along. What exactly is wrong here. Please advise, I'm even thinking of cancelling the whole subscription!
I have a Rain Wifi sim for R265 offpeak, they normally debit my account on the 25th/26th each month, On September 26th they debited as normal. Fist week October i went to my profile to change the debit date from the 25th to the 1st as my Salary date has changed to the last day of the month. Now i get an SMS that my account is in arrears and has been suspended, i need to pay the full R265 immediately and my next debit order is on the 1st November 2023. <p>I had 2 contracts with Cell C for 143.10 on each line, on 24 March 2016 i paid 143.10x2 via internet for both my lines and one line the contract was ending In May 2016 so after paying in march i was left with only 2 months to pay. On the second line i was left with 5 Months to pay as the contract is supposed to end in August 2016. I made another payment of R1200 on 29 March 2016 and i called Cell c to request them to split the R1200 into both lines. So on the one i was left with 2 Months they were supposed to take R286.2 and pay the balance into the 2nd line wich was supposed to be R913.8. So beacuse i was left with 5 months on the 2nd line that means they were supposed to take R715.5 from the R913.8 and refund me an amount of R198.3 because according to my understaing i shouldn't owe them anything after paying the R1200. Now i call today to check the status of one active contract line and they tell me that i have a credit amount of R98 and i have to pay R45 odds to make my monthly premius for June... My question is what happend to my other money i paid from the R1200?????? I want this resolved!!! I want answers, i need someone to give a me clear explanation to all this because i'm not willing to pay anymore cent from pocket!!!</p>
