False advertising

<p>Legal wise recently assisted me with a employment legal matter but it was just one letter submitted to my ex-employer and thereafter I was told to seek alternate legal advise/assistance from referral companies from Legalwise. Reason as per referral was due to the matter occurring prior to me joining Legalwise. Why open a file, assist with a letter and then be told to USE another service? Why advertise a service which doesn't fulfill its role? Why pay a monthly premium to Legalwise and then make additional payment to the referral service provider?</p>
