I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with the service I've received from Auto & General's legal department. Despite persistent attempts over the past week, I've been unable to get through. When I finally got a callback, I was held on for 15 minutes (my call records can verify this). The representative, Sipho, transferred me to a lady who didn't identify herself, and she struggled to take down my basic information, requiring me to repeat my phone number multiple times. When I questioned her about the issues, she abruptly ended the call and didn't follow up. I've been unable to reconnect with Sipho. The service has been utterly disappointing and unprofessional.

Morning Sir/Madam I would like to thank the people who take a initiative to the company like Mr Thato Kgwetione Clientele.....!!! I went to clientele last week on Thursday with my colleague joining the legal police and then where got extremely service or I can say we didn't expect what we expected from Thato....!!! The reason why I said that is: There is people take a serious work so that the company thy might not considered sometimes....!!! Thato was focus, dedicated, kind,passionate, professional, commitment and acknowledged of the police explanation for us....!!! It took him a lot of impact n integrity pay so much attention for him doing this N then make things happen for us....!!! He builts a great attitude n expresses great gratitude to us, So am still gonna bring more colleague's of mine in future to clientele HEAD Office because of him ( Thato Kgwetione) I wanna thank him to be co-operated n dedicated, hard working person in the company, Also I wish other fellow employees learn from this him ( Thato) Thank You to clientele with great services we have from the company...!!! <p>Please NEVER approach Legal Assist for help, they will promise to help and proceed to take 45% of your money, deduct tax they never pay to SARS, lie and lie and lie, never take your calls because their dishonest asses dont know what to say to you. They block their calls so you cant phone in. I will make it my mission to get this company's name out there to as many powers that be, and have their doors closed while they are investigated. ENOUGH is Enough...you cannot abuse people even more after they have just been through a traumatic experience in their work life...Legal Assist you should be ashamed of yourselves, for being so dishonest and a bunch of thieves!!</p>

False advertising
<p>Legal wise recently assisted me with a employment legal matter but it was just one letter submitted to my ex-employer and thereafter I was told to seek alternate legal advise/assistance from referral companies from Legalwise. Reason as per referral was due to the matter occurring prior to me joining Legalwise. Why open a file, assist with a letter and then be told to USE another service? Why advertise a service which doesn't fulfill its role? Why pay a monthly premium to Legalwise and then make additional payment to the referral service provider?</p>
