They are totally pathetic when it comes to clients' interest
I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with the service I've received from Auto & General's legal department. Despite persistent attempts over the past week, I've been unable to get through. When I finally got a callback, I was held on for 15 minutes (my call records can verify this). The representative, Sipho, transferred me to a lady who didn't identify herself, and she struggled to take down my basic information, requiring me to repeat my phone number multiple times. When I questioned her about the issues, she abruptly ended the call and didn't follow up. I've been unable to reconnect with Sipho. The service has been utterly disappointing and unprofessional.
