Outstanding Customer service agent.
<p>We were on the brink of cancelling our Outsurance policy due to the fact that they could not offer us the public liability cover we required. We therefore decided to cancel our entire policy and move to another insurance company. When I spoke to Mbali Ngcobo she did everything in her power to reatin us as a customer. She said she would look at our policy and call us back. She was prompt, efficient and was very knowledgable on her product. Because of her persistenence Outsurance retained a customer. She is an asset to your team.</p>

Awesome Service
<p>I was blown away by the awesome service recived from Just Tools (Live Cooper). We recieved our order in 24 hours. We wanted something sourced which they managed to find very quickly. That was also delivered in less than 24 hours. You often nervous to buy from online stores, but you can safely purchase from this company. Well Done, keep up the good work.</p>
