SYNERGY INSURANCE BROKERS
We were involved in a 3rd party accident,where our car was written off,the party involved was a truck from a company called Firstclass logistics based in boksburg,they caused the accident, when we went to their company they didn't want to talk to us and directed us to their insurance Synergy insurance brokers,we emailed them numerous times and called they don't reply or pick up the phone, its been 2 full weeks,they the worst company to deal with,are they even a legit company? I doubt

Horrible customer experience
Worst customer service in history, on the phone its even worse, staff need training on addressing customers
